"I was looking for a Harley davidson softail fatboy, I was to another dealer and very glad a friend of mine warned me about them or I probably would have made a big mistake. he mentioned City Limits when I asked him who else was close by to see what was available and I am very happy he mentioned City Limits. I came in today to look at a used 2011 softail fatboy and while I was looking around, I noticed that a new 2013 softail fatboy was fairly close to the same price of the used one. My salesman Chris McInnis was totally awesome in helping me select the right bike for me a 2013 softail fatboy lo orange in color. Not only did Chris go out of his way in helping me find the perfect bike, he spent alot of time explaining the benifits of going with a brand new bike vs. a used one. Then Chris took me to the parts department, for the life of me I cant remember the parts counter person's name right now but he was extremely helpful as well since I wanted to add a windshield, a passenger seat back rest and engine guards with foot rests built in. Then Mike in finance was very helpful in explaining my warranty options and also told me that I am now a HOG member both nationally and a member of the local HOG chapter, complements of City Limits forthe first year. I cannot wait for the accessoriesto come in and be installed on my new bike so I can start riding it!! This was my first Harley purchase and in fact my first motorcycle purchase and I have to say City Limits has a customer for life!!!

"I purchased by first Harley this weekend, and it was an experience I'll never forget. Not only is the bike awesome, but Paul made the experience fun and easy. As I checked out several different bikes, Paul patiently answered all my questions and offered honest advice. He gave me a tour of the facility and introduced me to the entire staff, all of whom were very courteous. I never felt like Paul was trying to sell me anything, he genuinely cared about my best interests. "This is my first Harley, and the whole procese has been very enjoyable...
First my saleman, Chris McInnis was great I stopped in to the dealer one afternoon months ago just to look. I meet Chris and we talked and looked at a number of bikes. He was very informative and never once pressured me into anything, also he never made me fell like I was wasting his time.
Months later when my wife and I went back, again it was just to check out models, Chris was there and he directed his attention to my wife and explaned all the details so she would understand. He showed us the FLHTK that I ended up buying.
Next, we moved to Mike in finance, he worked with my wife and myself to get us the best deal. And then went over eveything to make sure we were good with the deal and understood all our options.

"Hello, my name is Nick and I just bought a Street Glide from your dealer and I have to say that after almost 3 months of ownership, I am still impressed with your dealership. My salesman, John, was never pushy and always helpful and will to talk. When we made the deal, I have to say, I was impressed with the whole experience. I have bought a Harley from another local dealership and the buying experience was nothing like what I had when I bought from City Limits. The ringing of the bell, the entire staff clapping on a Wednesday night an hour before closing, meeting everyone and getting a tour of the dealer......it all made for the PERFECT buying experience.
What has impressed me even more then the actual purchase is the treatment after the sale. I'm blown away that everyone remembers my name....and even my wife's name. I enjoy going to the dealership...even if its because I want to look around. Everyone is friendly and eager to help.....I mean everyone. The girls in apparel are easy to work with and know their department and where everything is. "I had tried to go to other dealerships in hope to trade in my Sportster for a larger bike. I tried about 4 dealerships within my general area of Lockport and they said they could not cover the loan I had. I received an email from City Limits and checked out the website for their prices. Not a day later Chris from sales contacted me about a motorcycle I was interested in at which point I informed him of my financial situtation and he told me he could work with it. Then - in slight disbelief of what Chris had said since i talked to enough dealerships prior - I did take a trip to Palatine to see Chris and see what he had to say. Chris worked very hard to find me something in my range of price and sure enough he did.
Plus, Chris went to every length to help my every need about the bike now, and in the years to come. City Limits as a WHOLE was a great experience from Sales to shopping for Clothes, even Munch for Parts and Accessories. (my girlfriend really thought he was a good guy)!

"I had done the research and knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. When I saw they had the scoot I wanted in the ball park I was looking to pay I came in to check it out. John met me at the door and within minutes I was tooling around Palitine for a test ride. Bike rode as promised and I came in and told Tony what I had budgeted and that I needed to get to an appointment, if he could make my number for 60 months and 0 down I'd be in to sign and ride. Tony was great, no non-sense, straight forward and no games, he didn't try to keep me there or twist my arm he said he could make it work and that he'd call me when he did. 10 minutes down the street Tony called to tell me he made it work and whenever I could come in the bike was mine.
On Saturday I was in ringing the bell and hitting the road on my new Road King Classic right after John took me around and introduced me to my new family (the City Limits staff).
I visited several dealers in the process of finding my ride but none of them had the complete package that the City Limits team offered. When I am ready to trade in or buy a second ride it will be at City Limits and I am sending anyone who wants a bike there to see John. "

"I would be remiss if I did not take a few minutes to say how great the team is at City Limits. Their level of customer services is bar none the BEST I have ever experienced. We are so confident in this dealership that we have purchased 3 bikes this past year alone! The sales team is ready and willing to work with you to ensure you have the right bike/fit. I'm a relatively small/petite person who wanted to upgrade from a Sportster to a Street Glide. They helped me determine what needed to be done so I could reach the ground and feel comfortable. And because I'm concerned about the size of the bike and my ability to get it back up if it should drop, I also purchased a jack. Again the team was great in allowing me to bring my jack into the store and try it out on a used bike. I now know I can handle it and I didn't have to set down my brand new Street Glide. " I JUST WANTED TO DROP A NOTE. I HAVE BEEN THINKING OF BUYING A HARLEY FOR THE PAST 25 YEARS. I TOOK THE SAFETY CLASS AT ANOTHER DEALER.THEN I BOUGHT A 2003 BUELL BLAST FROM THEM TO MAKE SURE THAT I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO RIDE ON THE STREET. ANY HOW I WENT BACK TO THEM 6 DIFFERENT TIMES WITH A BLANK CHECK FOR A DOWN PAYMENT.I WAS NOT GIVEN THE TIME OF DAY. I GUESS THAT THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN SELLING ME A BIKE ON THOSE DAYS. SO I WENT TO ANOTHER HARLEY DEALER 14 MILES NORTH OF THE HOUSE. SAME THING. I WAS SO FRUSTRATED THAT I WAS ACTUALLY THINKING OF PICKING UP A HONDA (DID I SAY A BAD THING?). ANY HOW I WAS OUT FOR A SUNDAY DRIVE IN MY TRUCK AND I REMEMBERED THAT THERE WAS A HARLEY DEALER JUST 3 MILES FROM MY HOUSE. I DECIDED TO STOP IN IF THEY WERE OPEN SINCE IT WAS A SUNDAY. NOT 2 MINUTES AFTER I WALKED IN I WAS INTRODUCED TO SOMEONE IN SALES. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT I BOUGHT MY BIKE THAT DAY AND FINISHED THE PAPER WORK ON TUESDAY.
