" I JUST WANTED TO DROP A NOTE. I HAVE BEN THINKING OF BUYING A HARLEY FOR THE PAST 25 YEARS. I TOOK THE SAFETY CLASS AT ANOTHER DEALER.THEN I BOUGHT A 2003 BUELL BLAST FROM THEM TO MAKE SURE THAT I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO RIDE ON THE STREET. ANY HOW I WENT BACK TO THEM 6 DIFFERENT TIMES WITH A BLANK CHECK FOR A DOWN PAYMENT.I WAS NOT GIVEN THE TIME OF DAY. I GUESS THAT THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN SELLING ME A BIKE ON THOSE DAYS. SO I WENT TO ANOTHER HARLEY DEALER 14 MILES NORTH OF THE HOUSE. SAME THING. I WAS SO FRUSTRATED THAT I WAS ACTUALLY THINKING OF PICKING UP A HONDA (DID I SAY A BAD THING?). ANY HOW I WAS OUT FOR A SUNDAY DRIVE IN MY TRUCK AND I REMEMBERED THAT THERE WAS A HARLEY DEALER JUST 3 MILES FROM MY HOUSE. I DECIDED TO STOP IN IF THEY WERE OPEN SINCE IT WAS A SUNDAY. NOT 2 MINUTES AFTER I WALKED IN I WAS INTRODUCED TO MIKE THE SALES MAN. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT I BOUGHT MY BIKE THAT DAY AND FINISHED THE PAPER WORK ON TUESDAY. I HAVE NOTHING BUT POSITIVE THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS DEALER AND THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE. CAN NOT WAIT TILL THE SNOW SEASON GETS OVER WITH. ONCE AGAIN THANKS VERY MUCH TO MIKE AND ALL THAT WORK AT THE STORE.

"At first; the change from Suburban to City Limits Harley-Davidson wasn't what I wanted to see. I liked the small size of Suburban as it gave me the warm fuzzys. The bright lights of City Limits was a bit much. I have now grown to like it and cannot wait for the new building to be built. The service is second to none. Your service/counter people are the most helpful I have ever come across. Keep up the good work. I'll see you there."
